It’s your call. You can add Viggo to your internet access charges, bill rooms by usage on demand, or offer the service free of charge, It’s your choice as a hospitality venue.
In some of our “Hot Spots”, you will be able to borrow connection kits as part of our service if you don’t own a wireless network card. You can receive such a connection kit (for a deposit only) from the representative at the place of business or the hot spot you are at. Our skilled technicians or the hot spot team will help you when needed. The card is then connected to the LAN Port and the USB connection. (No software download is needed). The kit operates only on the Smartnet network.
After connecting to the Smartnet network, you have to open the internet browser. The default page that appears is your “access page”. On this landing page you can choose your preferred payment option, e.g.: purchasing a user name from the representative at the place of business, credit card charge, purchasing via roaming partners or charging the room in hotels (not all the above options are available at all “Hot Spots”).
The Guest Place is your guests’ social media and networking board, where checked-in guest can see what others are doing, find peer recommendations and ask for the best experience around.
This is your opportunity to feel the pulse of your guests, interact and provide them with your best recommendations.
This is also one more opportunity for you to improve your service, contain bad reviews and generally show all your patrons you really care.

Browse the guests’ posts or post your own.
Checked-in guests are made aware of Guest Place postings via app notifications.
In the Connect With Us section you will also find the option to TV Media Share (Middle picture, Top-Right).
This neat feature enables your guests to stream their personal content to the in-room TV screen if the Viggo Smart TV solution is also installed in-room but is not part of your current trial.
How to download the Viggo Smart Stay App
To access your hotel in the Viggo Smart Stay app, the Hotel App Admin must first create the hotel in the Viggo Database. If you are the Hotel App Admin, please make sure you created the hotel here .
