As you read these lines, your hotel has already been setup in the Viggo Smart Hotel database.
This training was created so you will best experience the Viggo Smart Stay application, both from the hotelier and hotel guest perspective.
You will soon find that we have done the following:
1. Your hotel was setup, for now, with five demo rooms (101-105).
2. You have been checked-in to room 101 so you will be able to experience in-stay services as a guest.
3. Generic News items, guest messaging and feedback options have been defined for a best experience.
4. You have been defined as "Hotel Staff" with your email address.
As an Administrator of your hotel, you will be able to change all of the settings above through our Content Management System as you will be guided later on in your training.
In order to continue this training you will have to download the Viggo Smart Stay app from the Play Store (Android) or App Store (IOS). You can also scan the following QR codes for direct access to your relevant application.
